Payments & Billing

  • Accepted Payment Methods:

    You can pay for events using Credit/Debit Card or PayPal. All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment partners.

  • Event Booking & Payment

    • When you register for an event, you will see the ticket price or participation fee clearly displayed.

    • Once you confirm, your selected payment method will be debited immediately.

    • Your payment is held securely by our platform until the event is successfully completed.

  • Funds Release to Hosts

    • Event hosts do not receive funds upfront.

    • Payouts are released only after the event has been successfully completed, ensuring trust and accountability for both attendees and hosts.

  • Cancellations & Refunds

      Event hosts do not receive funds upfront.

    • If an event is canceled by the host, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method.

    • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or PayPal.

  • Currency & Taxes

    All earnings are calculated and displayed in US Dollar unless otherwise specified. Applicable taxes, including VAT, GST, or local income tax, may be withheld from your earnings as required by law based on your country of residence and the tax information you provide.

Withdrawals

  • Eligibility

    To request a withdrawal of funds from your account balance, you must have a verified payment method linked to your account and your wallet balance must be equal or above $100. Any balance below the specified minimum withdrawal balance will not be processed.

  • Processing Time

    Withdrawal requests are processed within 2–5 business days, although processing times may vary based on your financial institution.

  • Verification Requirement

    Before any withdrawal can be processed, you must verify your IRX Tax Information as required by law. This ensures compliance with international tax regulations.
